What does CPR do for Businesses and Organizations?

A security consultant evaluates your facility, operations, and procedures to identify vulnerabilities and recommend practical improvements. This can include reviewing your physical environment (lighting, access points, camera placement, landscaping), assessing your policies and emergency procedures, evaluating employee awareness, and providing a written report with prioritized recommendations ranked by cost and impact. Unlike a security guard company that provides a physical presence, a security consultant provides knowledge and a plan. The guard leaves when the contract ends. The knowledge stays with you permanently.

We are based in Central Florida, and predominately serve Volusia, Seminole, Lake, Orange, Brevard, Polk, and Osceola Counties. We also provide consulting, training, and speaking engagements throughout the state of Florida. For counter-UAS consulting and specialized presentations, we are available for engagements beyond Florida on a case-by-case basis.

CPR was founded by two active law enforcement officers, Daniel Holland and Freddie Easter, who bring over a combined three decades of military, law enforcement, and high-liability instruction experience to every engagement. Daniel is a certified CPTED practitioner, Florida Crime Prevention Practitioner, FBI-LEEDA certified Public Information Officer, and certified law enforcement instructor. Freddie is a retired United States Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant with 20 years of military service and years of experience as a full-time firearms and defensive tactics instructor. We are practitioners, not salespeople. Our recommendations are grounded in what actually works in the field, not what generates recurring revenue for us. We work with organizations that other firms overlook: homeowners, the church with 50 members, the small business with 10 employees, the nonprofit that has never had a security plan. Every client gets the same level of expertise regardless of size or budget.
