About Freddie Easter

Freddie Easter has been a sworn law enforcement officer since 2013. Throughout his career, he has served in multiple assignments, including uniform patrol, a tactical anti-crime unit, and as a full-time firearms and defensive tactics instructor. He has developed and written numerous tactics and training programs and holds a variety of high-liability instructor certifications.

Freddie is also a retired veteran of the United States Marine Corps, completing 20 years of honorable service and achieving the rank of Gunnery Sergeant (GySgt). During his military career, he deployed in support of the Global War on Terrorism, serving in Iraq, Afghanistan, the Horn of Africa, and several other locations throughout the Middle East.

While serving in the Marine Corps, Freddie held leadership and instructional roles focused on training development and operational readiness. His experience in high-risk, high-stress environments helped shape his ability to teach others how to perform effectively under pressure.

Through Crisis Prevention and Response, Freddie brings this combined military and law enforcement experience to organizations seeking practical, real-world training in workplace safety, emergency preparedness, and crisis response. His instruction emphasizes clear decision-making, confidence under stress, and simple, effective actions that can be applied when it matters most.

Outside of work, Freddie enjoys spending time with his family, teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu while maintaining his black belt, and pursuing his interests in firearms and martial arts.
